“MySNS Tempos” allows the query of the average waiting time in the hospital institutions of the National Health Service (public system). The user can consult, by institution, the average time of assistance in the emergency room.

Through the Manchester scale, the average waiting time is presented by the degree of priority: red, orange, yellow, green, and blue.

The data, periodically updated, are the responsibility of each hospital institution. The list of institutions can appear in order of proximity or by location on the map.

The application also allows obtaining more data about the hospital institution, such as address, telephone contacts and geographic location, through the use of the mobile device’s GPS.

“MySNS App” is an official app of the National Health Service and is the mobile link to this portal and digital health services.

It allows access to news from the National Health Service, consultation health information, provides a list and map of health institutions (Hospitals, Primary Health Care, and Pharmacies), assesses the quality and satisfaction of the SNS by citizens, and consultation of information from the Contact Center of the National Health Service – SNS24, in addition you will receive notifications such as heat alerts, etc., associated with your location.

“Telemonit SNS 24” allows users of the Public System, who are in Telemonitoring programs, to record measurements of biometric parameters and self-assessments that contribute to better management of their health problems and remote monitoring by health professionals; it’s not for clinical advice or evaluation.
